Du boasts a distinguished career, including over 10 years as a tax partner at Grant Thornton Vietnam and significant experience in other international accounting firms. His prior roles at the State Bank of Vietnam and HSBC Vietnam provide him with a unique understanding of the financial and regulatory landscape, allowing him to offer clients invaluable practical advice. Notably, he was also one of the founders of the Vietnam Bond Forum.

Du holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Hanoi University of Polytechnics (1994), followed by an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand) in 1997. He furthered his education with an Advanced Diploma in Monetary & Financial Policies from the Berlin School of Economics in 2005.
